All series use daily closing observations; M/W are retained as your original list annotations, not as the chart sampling interval.

Comparison uses US regular-session dates, excluding index observations on stock-market holidays. All selected series share one starting and ending date. If a fund launched later, the common period is shortened and its actual dates are shown above the chart. Missing session prices appear as gaps.

Price history is adjusted for splits and reverse splits. Price-only mode excludes distributions, which matters especially for SVOL. The optional Adj Close mode also includes provider adjustments for distributions; it is not an after-tax investor return.

VIX is an index, not a tradable fund. Volatility ETFs/ETNs have different futures exposures and do not reproduce spot VIX one-for-one. VIX normalized change is not an investment return. Absolute mode uses separate axes: dollars for products, index points for VIX.
