Novavax, Inc. is a biotechnology firm dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercializing vaccines aimed at preventing serious infectious diseases and addressing critical health needs. The company holds a collaboration agreement with Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited for the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, NVX-CoV2373.
